Igloo reservations include everything in General Admission and VIP tickets, and:

• Admission for six guests with one igloo rental

• Themed igloo that seats up to six, heated and furnished

• Access to your igloo all night long

• Private Attendant and bar service

• Pre-ordered menu offerings

Booking an Igloo Onsite:

- If available, same-day igloo reservations can be made at the kiosk inside the Zoo’s Main Entrance.
- Each reservation includes admission for six guests with one igloo rental.
- Concessions and bar service are available nightly. Purchases can be brought back to your igloo.

Capacity and Reservation Time:

- Each reservation includes admission for six guests with one igloo rental.
- Each igloo seats six comfortably, with a maximum of eight guests. Parties over six need extra admission tickets; groups over eight should reserve an additional igloo if available.
- If available, you should book an additional igloo for groups over eight guests.
- All guests must be present at check-in.
- Igloos are reserved for the full event time: 6–9:30 p.m.
- Children ages 2 and under do not count toward the 6-person capacity and do not require a ticket.

Refunds and Date Changes:

- Refunds will not be issued less than 4 days before your booking.
- Bookings cannot be moved less than 24 hours in advance; all changes are subject to availability.

Food and Drinks:

- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Zoolightful or in your igloo.
- Exceptions for medical dietary needs must be arranged with Guest Services at (402) 733-8401.
- Concessions and bar service are available nightly. Items may be enjoyed inside your igloo.

Cash tips are always appreciated but never expected. Unfortunately, credit card tips cannot be accepted.

No, your ticket purchase or igloo reservation includes complimentary heavy appetizers and a champagne toast. Additional food and beverages are available for purchase at Cupid's Corner Speakeasy, cash bars, and Sea Turtle Café.

If you reserved a private igloo, food and beverages are available for purchase in your igloo and will be delivered by your private attendant.
